OUR MARASKA

THE AROMA OF OUR REGION

OUR MARASKA CHERRIES

Are the best Maraska cherries growing on our land? At the very least, we can
demonstrate probably the highest Brix values. At around 30° Brix, they are almost twice as
high as the European average for sour cherries. It is a fact that Maraska cherries contain one
of the highest natural levels of melatonin among cherries. They are also rich in antioxidants.
Our Maraska cherries are a true gift of nature, from which we create many outstanding
products. And of course, our cherries are 100% organic.

OUR SWEET CHERRIES

We cultivate 1,000 trees of the varieties Sweet Aryana, Sweet Gabriel and Sweet Valina.
These sweet cherries are characterized by their intense aroma, juiciness, and firm, fleshy
texture. The flesh has an excellent consistency, while their appearance ranges in color
from glossy dark red to bright purple-red, reaching almost black-red at full ripeness.
Naturally, our sweet cherries are also grown under certified organic cultivation.
We sell our cherries exclusively as freshly harvested fruit, available only as fresh produce.

OUR IMMORTELLE

Immortelle, also known as the “Golden Flower” or strawflower, grows under harsh conditions
in the Mediterranean region and is characterized by its intensely aromatic fragrance. Although
it can be found widely in the wild in our region, we have established our own plantations
covering nearly 30,000 m², which are also organically certified.
This versatile medicinal plant is particularly well known for its remarkable healing
properties and its strong anti-aging effects in skincare. Due to its specific active compounds, it
is also used to support the treatment of bruises, muscle tension, and sports injuries.
From its blossoms we have produced plant extracts, and we plan to introduce our high-quality
products to the beauty industry, especially in the field of natural cosmetics, in the near future.

OUR LAVENDER

Who does not know its intense, relaxing fragrance, its beautiful violet blossoms, and its
versatile use as both a medicinal and culinary herb. We have planted lavender shrubs on an
area of approximately 10,000 m², also cultivated under organic farming practices.
Our lavender fields are not only a paradise for bees, but also an excellent raw material from
which we plan to develop high-quality products for the beauty industry in the near future.
